Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.
Return period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried on indoors only.
How to return
Contact our customer service to request a return authorization and receive the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
